These terms cover the services Client Max AI offers on clientmaxai.com. By working with us, you agree to them.
Client Max AI helps small businesses set up AI visibility, lead capture and workflow automation. Services on this site include the free AI Search Visibility Audit and paid one-time service packages such as the Lead Capture Quickstart and Workflow Rescue. Each service page describes exactly what that service includes.

Prices are shown on each service page and at checkout. The price at the moment you buy is the price you pay. If an invoice and a service page ever disagree, the invoice controls, and we'll work it out with you before any work starts.
Paid services are paid in full at checkout. Checkout on this site is processed through PayPal. We do not store your payment details on this website.
If you book a call with us, the booking confirmation shows the time. If you need to move or cancel a call, email us and we'll sort it out. Missed calls can be rebooked any time.
Each service page states what you receive. Timelines are communicated when we confirm your project. Work starts once your form and payment are in.
We'll need some information and access from you to do the work, such as account access or details about your business. We'll tell you exactly what we need. If we can't get what we need, work and timelines shift until we can.
If something isn't right, tell us at hello@clientmaxai.com. We'd rather fix the problem than argue about it. Refund requests are handled case by case, and we'll always explain where we landed and why.
Everything we build inside your accounts, including pages, forms, workflows and content, belongs to you. The methods, templates and internal processes we use to build them stay ours. The content on clientmaxai.com is ours.
Our services rely on third-party platforms: AI assistants, booking systems, payment processors and the software in your stack. Those platforms change their own rules and availability, and that's outside our control. We'll always tell you what we're using and why.
Audits and visibility work are informational, not guaranteed outcomes. We don't promise specific rankings, recommendation placement, conversion rates or revenue numbers. What we do promise is honest, practical work around your actual bottleneck.
